1. Continue on the previous page for healing clues.  (It is best to begin by resolving any negative issues or build up by healing the disturbances.) THEN DO THE OTHER STEPS AS SUGGESTED.

2. CENTER YOUR ACTIVITY FOR THE DAY ON ONE  ACTION TO TAKE OR ONE EVENT TO EXPERIENCE.  LET ALL OTHER ACTIONS OR EVENTS BE SECONDARY TO THE CHOSEN ONE.  MAKE NO LISTS.  YOU KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING.  RELAX INTO THE RHYTHM OF THE DAY RATHER THAN THE REASONS OF THE DAY.  THIS IS VERY EFFECTIVE FOR THOSE WHO LIVE IN THEIR HEADS AND ARE ALWAYS FIGURING AND FEEL CHEATED OF EXPERIENCING MORE FULLY.

3. CREATE A THEME FOR THE DAY.  LET YOUR ACTIONS FEED THE THEME AS YOU MOVE THROUGH DIFFERENT EVENTS.  THIS IS GOOD WHEN YOU ARE DOING DAYS THAT SEEM VERY SIMILAR TO EACH OTHER, SAY, AT WORK, OR ROUTINE CHORES AT HOME.

PAUSE AT PARTICULAR MOMENTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND ALLOW YOURSELF TO FOCUS ON HEARTWARMING IDEAS AND PLACES.  THIS CAN BE A FEW MOMENTS, LITERALLY, OR FIVE OR TEN MINUTES.  SOMETIMES WHEN EFFORT IS BEGINNING TO BUILD AND STRAIN IS NEAR, IT IS A WISE SHIFT TO THE LIGHT SIDE THAT TURNS EFFORT BACK INTO SIMPLE ENERGY AND STRAIN DISAPPEARS.

5. NOTICE EVERYTHING.  LET NOTHING ESCAPE YOUR EYE.  THIS IS GOOD WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN AVOIDING INTERACTION, WITH PEOPLE, WITH EVENTS, WITH YOUR SURROUNDINGS.  IT IS IS ALSO GOOD WHEN YOU CAN NOT STOP WORRYING.
