...like images (memories), crappy all to way to horrible, floating around in your head whenever they feel like it. Boy, do they trigger distress! (It sure ain't eustress!) Why let BAD win twice? You have already been through it. Why relive it over and over? Get rid of it, whatever "it" is!
P.S. Please, please, do not try to let this take the place of a genuine therapist. If you have severe emotional problems, like PSTD as a victim or soldier or whatever, get professional help. Now! Don't delay!
